A mobile notary service brings the notary public directly to you, wherever you are. Instead of making a trip to a physical office, you can meet the notary at your preferred location, whether it's your home, office, or another agreed-upon spot. This service is perfect for those who can't easily travel or have busy schedules, offering flexibility and convenience for notarizing important documents.

Our mobile notary service can handle various documents, including:

  • Real estate documents
  • Power of attorney forms
  • Affidavits
  • Wills and estate planning documents
  • Loan documents
  • Business contracts and agreements
  • Healthcare directives

It is important to note that not all documents that can be notarized in person can be commissioned online. Certified True Copies, Trusts and Negotiable Instruments (including Promissory Notes) require in-person notarization.

We can witness Wills or Powers of Attorney both online or in-person, depending on your preference.

About Wills:

  • A Will requires two Witnesses.
  • The Notary will act as the first Witness.
  • You can provide the second Witness or we can provide one for you (additional fees may apply).
  • The second Witness should not be an Executor or a Beneficiary (or the spouse of a Beneficiary) of the Will.
  • Our service includes witnessing the signatures of the Testator and the second Witness, providing one notarized affidavit of execution, and notarizing the will as an exhibit to the affidavit.

About Powers of Attorney:

  • A Power of Attorney also requires two Witnesses.
  • The Notary will serve as the first Witness.
  • You can provide the second Witness or we can provide one for you (additional fees may apply).
  • The second Witness must be an adult and not related to the Grantor or named in the Power of Attorney.
  • Our service includes witnessing the signatures of the Grantor and the second Witnesses, providing one notarized power of attorney, and issuing one notarial certificate.

Unfortunately, we do not provide drafting services for Wills or Powers of Attorney. However, we offer notarization services for these documents.
