  • Schedule your appointment effortlessly using our online scheduling calendar powered by TidyCal. 
  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

  • You will receive your booking confirmation email at two key times: 24 hours and again 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. This email will include:
    • The name and contact details of your assigned Commissioner for Oaths.
    • A Google Meet link for your video conference session.

  • Ensure your document is fully completed but unsigned before your appointment. Submit it to your designated Commissioner for Oaths via email at least 2 hours prior to your appointment, preferably in PDF format for clarity. We also accept Word documents or high-resolution images, but avoid low-resolution images as they may hinder the notarization process.

  • Have a valid government-issued ID ready for your appointment, such as a driver's license, permanent resident card, photo ID, or passport. Your ID can be from any country, but it must be current and not expired. Click on the Google Meet link in your booking confirmation email to join your appointment, ideally 5 minutes early for a prompt start.

  • Your document, including a designated signature box, will be emailed to you during the appointment. Please sign it only when instructed by your Commissioner for Oaths.

  • Single Signing: Your Booking Fee or initial payment equivalent to $32.99 will be credited towards your total service charge. No additional payment needed. Your commissioned document will be emailed to you after the appointment.
  • Multiple Signing: You'll receive an invoice deducting the Booking Fee for the balance payment. Complete your payment securely through our payment gateway. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Interac email transfers

  • Upon successful payment, your commissioned document(s) will be promptly emailed to you.

  • Upon request submission, you'll get an initial confirmation within 24 hours. Upon approval, you'll receive an email detailing your scheduled appointment. You'll also receive a link to our secure payment portal to cover fees and confirm your appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards and Interac email transfers.

  • Fill out your document by completing all fields or forms, but do NOT sign it.

  • Print your Will or Power of Attorney
  • Ensure your document is fully completed but unsigned before your appointment. 
  • Send a copy to your designated Notary via email at least 2 hours prior to your appointment, preferably in PDF format for clarity. We also accept Word documents or high-resolution images, but avoid low-resolution images as they may hinder the notarization process.

4. Meet your Notary

  • Have a valid government-issued ID ready for your appointment, such as a driver's license, permanent resident card, photo ID, or passport.
